• Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to cancel, refund, or exchange once live break has started.

• In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong or defective product, let us know via Discord within 7 days after you receive your purchase. We will do our best to make it right.

To Note:

• Items must be returned in its original packaging
• Shipping fee and return shipping is not refundable

The following are not considered as defects, and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• For sealed products, on the unlikely event of factory manufacture defect. This is not a defect as it does not affect the accuracy of cards inside
• Colour discrepancy due to lighting and other inevitable limitations in photography and tech displays
• Ordered the wrong product

If the product is unavailable for any reason, you will be notified and payment will be refunded via the original payment method.

Please note: We do not accept any form of chargebacks on completed purchases or fulfilled orders from LITTLEGIANTCARDSHOP.COM. Any claims will be disputed. All actions and communications on the live stream will be recorded for quality assurance.
