1. Deposit Requirement
A deposit or fixed value per product is required at the time of placing an order.
2. Validity Period
Pre-orders are valid for a duration of 6 months from the distributor's initial release date. In instances where the distributor confirms no foreseeable release waves, early refunds may be processed at our discretion, with a refund timeframe of 3 to 7 working days.
3. Allocation Policy
Allocation policy is determined at our sole discretion and may vary for different sets. We strive to allocate all Pre-Orders subjected to supplier’s final allocation.
4. Cancellation and Refund
All deposits are logged upon pre-order closure, and cancellation is not permitted after this date. Any cancellation results in the forfeiture of the deposit.
5. Balance Payment
Upon notification of order fulfillment and the expected collection date, customers are required to complete the balance payment within 3 days. Failure to do so allows us the right to cancel the pre-order, resulting in deposit forfeiture. If a customer chooses to cancel the pre-order at this stage, the deposit will be forfeited, and the allocation canceled.
6. Collection Period
For customers opting for store pickup, allocation must be collected within 14 days upon notification. Failure to adhere to this timeline permits us to forfeit the deposit, balance payment, and cancel the allocation.
7. Release Date Clarification
The expected release date provided in the listing is indicative. Actual release dates are subject to decisions by the brand manufacturer and distributor.
8. Additional Purchases
Additional purchases made via the pre-order payment links after the closing date and time will not be accepted.
9. Reserved Rights
LITTLE GIANT CARD SHOPÂ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel Pre-Order terms due to unforeseen circumstances - either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
